Terms and Conditions

Please read the information below before work is started. I grant permission to Computer Repair Albany to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release Computer Repair Albany from any liability for any data loss, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. Computer Repair Albany is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service.


WARRANTY


For 90 days after the date of a repair, we will resolve any problems that were caused during the repair or replace any defective parts installed in the originally repaired device at no cost to the customer. If for some reason, the device proves irreparable or cannot be fixed by our parts, we will uninstall our part(s) and provide a full refund. This warranty is VOID if the unit shows evidence of:

(a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

(b) scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Computer Repair Albany;

(c) defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of a metallic object when pressing on a touch screen;

(d) equipment that has the serial number or the enhancement data code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;


(e) ordinary wear and tear;


(f) defects or damage resulting from the use of Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Computer Repair Albany;


(g) defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by Mobile Phone Repair Albany, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which will void this limited warranty;


(h) defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
